Business Identity

SST Life operates as a registered fictitious name in the State of Florida. All services are provided independently by SST Life and its operator.

By engaging with SST Life, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Scope of Services

SST Life provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Social media management and growth strategy
  • Content creation (photo, video, reels, graphics)
  • Event coverage and promotion
  • Brand consulting and engagement strategy
  • Digital asset creation using third-party tools

Website development or advanced technical services may be outsourced to third-party providers and are not directly performed by SST Life.

No Guarantee of Results

SST Life does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Follower growth
  • Engagement metrics
  • Sales increases
  • Event attendance
  • Algorithm performance

Performance is influenced by multiple external variables, including platform algorithms, market conditions, audience behavior, and client participation. While services are designed to improve visibility and presence, outcomes will vary.

Payments, Subscriptions & Upgrades

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
  • Services may be offered as one-time packages or recurring subscriptions
  • Clients may upgrade or modify services at any time; changes may affect pricing and scope
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful business information
  • Grant timely access to accounts, assets, and required materials
  • Communicate approvals, revisions, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure all submitted content complies with applicable laws and platform policies

SST Life is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by lack of communication, missing materials, or incomplete access.

Content Creation & Posting Control

Depending on the service agreement, content may be submitted for approval before posting, or SST Life may post directly on behalf of the client.

SST Life is not liable for:

  • Content performance after posting
  • Audience reactions or interpretations
  • Platform moderation actions

Final responsibility for published content ultimately remains with the client.

Third-Party Platforms & Tools

SST Life utilizes third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Canva Pro, and AI-assisted tools for copywriting and workflow support.

SST Life is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages, restrictions, or bans
  • Algorithm changes or visibility fluctuations
  • Data loss, account suspensions, or service interruptions
  • Policy enforcement by third-party platforms

All third-party platforms operate independently and are outside SST Life's control.

Event Coverage & Public Interaction

SST Life may operate in public and private event environments. By engaging services, clients acknowledge that events involve unpredictable conditions, including crowds, weather, and venue limitations.

SST Life is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during events
  • Event performance, turnout, or financial outcomes
  • Disruptions caused by venues, staff, or attendees

SST Life reserves the right to cease operations in unsafe or compromised conditions.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final delivered content.

SST Life retains the right to use completed work for portfolio display and marketing purposes. Such use will not intentionally compete with or harm the client's business.

Turnaround Times, Delays & Revisions

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events (including Florida storms and outages)
  • Platform issues
  • Client response times
  • Scope changes

SST Life is not obligated to meet unrealistic deadlines or excessive revision requests beyond agreed scope.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SST Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SST Life from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Client-provided content
  • Misrepresentation of business information
  • Violations of laws or platform policies

Communication & Agreement

Initial contact may occur via social media platforms (including Instagram and Facebook), but formal agreements and confirmations will transition to email, phone, or text communication.

Engaging services, submitting payment, or approving work constitutes agreement to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Acceptance of Terms

By using SST Life services, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
